Every watch we sell is genuine. Here is what we actually do before a watch reaches you, and what happens if something is wrong.
What we sell
We sell new watches only. We do not sell replicas, “first copies”, or second-hand watches. If that ever changes, we will say so clearly on the watch's own page.
What we check
Before a watch goes on sale we check the model number on the watch against its box, and look over the case, glass, strap, and dial. Anything with a mark or a fault does not go on the shelf.
See it for yourself
You are welcome to come to our shop at 196, Central Road, Trincomalee and look at any watch before you buy it. If you are ordering online and would like extra photos of the actual watch first, just ask and we will send them.
If something is wrong
If a watch you bought from us is ever found not to be genuine, contact us and we will put it right. This is separate from the warranty, which covers faults — see the warranty page for that.
