This site is operated by Yusuf Traders, a watch shop at 196, Central Road, Trincomalee, Sri Lanka, registered under business registration number TMC/MR/TRL/2026/10298. You can reach us at yousuftrader2@gmail.com or on 074 038 4314 (also WhatsApp).

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding contract to place an order.

You can browse and build a cart as a guest, but you need an account to check out. Accounts are handled by our sign-in provider, Clerk. Keep your sign-in details to yourself — you are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has access to it.

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a completed sale. A contract is formed only once we confirm the order and your payment has reached us. Until then the watch is only held for you.

Orders are held for a limited time, shown at checkout. If your transfer does not reach us within that window, the order is released automatically and the watch goes back on sale.

We may decline or cancel an order — for example if a watch is no longer available, a price is clearly wrong, or we cannot verify the order — and will refund anything already paid.

Prices are in Sri Lankan Rupees (LKR) and may change before an order is placed. Any delivery charge is shown at checkout and is included in the amount you transfer.

Orders are paid in full by bank transfer when you place them. The amount, our account details, and the time limit are shown after checkout. Use your order number as the transfer reference and send us the slip on WhatsApp so we can match your payment. We do not take card details on this site, and nothing is paid to the delivery person.

Stock levels shown on the site are our best information at the time, and a watch can sell out while an order is being placed. If a watch turns out to be unavailable, or a price or description is obviously wrong, we may cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than honour the error.

You can collect free of charge at our Trincomalee shop, or we deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka for the charge shown at checkout. Deliveries are insured while in transit.

Timeframes given on our delivery page are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Responsibility for the watch passes to you when it is delivered to your address or collected from the shop. Please give an address and phone number we can actually reach — we cannot be responsible for a delivery that fails because the details given were wrong.

Every watch we sell is new, unworn, and genuine. We check each watch over before we hand it to you. We do not sell replicas or second-hand watches.

You can return a watch within 7 days of receiving it, unworn and in its original condition with all packaging and documentation. Contact us first so we can confirm the return — full details are on our returns page. Nothing here affects the rights you have under Sri Lankan consumer law.

Watches come with a warranty whose length depends on the model — it is shown on the product page. When you receive your watch we issue a digital warranty certificate you can pull up any time from your account. The warranty covers manufacturing faults. It does not cover accidental damage, water damage beyond the model's rating, normal wear to straps and glass, batteries, or work done by anyone else. See our warranty page.

If you leave a review, the name on your account is shown publicly alongside it. Write about the watch, keep it honest, and leave out anything unlawful, offensive, or personal about other people. We can remove a review that breaks this, and you give us permission to display and keep the review on the site.

Please do not try to break into the site, scrape it in bulk, interfere with other people's use of it, or place orders you do not intend to pay for. We may suspend access to accounts that do.

The content on this site — text, images, and branding — belongs to Yusuf Traders or its licensors and may not be reused without permission. Brand and model names belong to their respective owners and are used to describe the watches we sell.

The site links to services we do not control, such as WhatsApp and our social profiles. We are not responsible for their content or their terms.

To the extent the law allows, Yusuf Traders is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or your statutory rights as a consumer in Sri Lanka.

We may update these terms as the shop changes. The version published here when you place an order is the one that applies to it, and the “last updated” date above shows when we last changed them.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and disputes are subject to the courts of Sri Lanka.
