Choose delivery islandwide in Sri Lanka, or collect your watch at our Trincomalee shop — orders are paid in full by bank transfer when you place them.
Delivery & Store Pickup times
Orders placed from Monday to Friday will be delivered or ready for collection within 2 working days.
Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on Monday and delivered or ready for collection by Tuesday.
We'll notify you by email — and contact you on your phone or WhatsApp — the moment your watch arrives and is ready for collection or out for delivery.
Store pickup (free)
Collect your order at our shop in Trincomalee at no charge. We'll let you know as soon as it's ready — your order is already paid, so just collect your watch.
Home delivery (islandwide)
We deliver anywhere in Sri Lanka. The delivery charge is shown at checkout (a lower rate applies within Trincomalee) and is included in your bank transfer — nothing is paid to the delivery person.
Confirming your order
Your order is confirmed with a bank transfer for the full amount (shown at checkout). Transfer it to the account shown after you place your order, using your order number as the reference, and send us the slip on WhatsApp. Orders whose payment isn't received in time are released automatically.
